Les recherches montrent que pas moins d&#8217;1 adulte sur 5 souffre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de troubles de la fatigue. Cela peut \u00eatre caus\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rents facteurs comme le stress, un mode de vie tr\u00e9pidant, de mauvaises habitudes de sommeil et m\u00eame le temps.
