Que font-ils exactement avec vos lipides sanguins, que dit la science et comment en obtenir suffisamment ?      <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wat-is-cholesterol-eigenlijk\"><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce que le cholest\u00e9rol exactement ?<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le cholest\u00e9rol est une substance grasse dont votre corps a besoin pour diverses fonctions : production d&#8217;hormones, structure cellulaire et production de sels biliaires. Mais il y a un revers : trop de \u00ab mauvais \u00bb cholest\u00e9rol (LDL) peut s&#8217;accumuler dans vos vaisseaux sanguins, entra\u00eenant un risque accru de maladies cardiovasculaires. <\/p><p>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de cholest\u00e9rol :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>LDL (lipoprot\u00e9ine de basse densit\u00e9) : <\/strong>augmente le risque d&#8217;ath\u00e9roscl\u00e9rose<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>HDL (lipoprot\u00e9ine de haute densit\u00e9) : <\/strong>\u00e9vacue le cholest\u00e9rol, protecteur<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Triglyc\u00e9rides : <\/strong>graisses alimentaires qui pr\u00e9sentent aussi un risque en cas d&#8217;exc\u00e8s<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wat-zijn-omega-3-vetzuren-en-waarom-zijn-ze-zo-waardevol\"><strong>Que sont les acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 \u2013 et pourquoi sont-ils si pr\u00e9cieux ?<\/strong><\/h2><p>Les acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 sont des acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s essentiels. Ils ne sont pas produits par le corps et doivent provenir de l&#8217;alimentation ou de suppl\u00e9ments. Les om\u00e9ga-3 et le cholest\u00e9rol ont une relation int\u00e9ressante, car les om\u00e9ga-3 aident \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les taux de cholest\u00e9rol.  <\/p><p>Les principales formes :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>EPA (acide eicosapenta\u00e9no\u00efque)<\/strong> \u2013 anti-inflammatoire, b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour le c\u0153ur et les vaisseaux<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>DHA (acide docosahexa\u00e9no\u00efque)<\/strong> \u2013 important pour le cerveau, les yeux et la structure cellulaire<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>ALA (acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique)<\/strong> \u2013 v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, doit encore \u00eatre converti en EPA\/DHA<\/li><\/ul><p>Surtout l&#8217;EPA et le DHA ont des avantages cliniquement prouv\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre lipidique dans le sang. L&#8217;EPA et le DHA se trouvent principalement dans les poissons gras et l&#8217;huile de poisson. Ils ont un effet positif prouv\u00e9 sur le c\u0153ur et les vaisseaux sanguins, et sont reconnus par l&#8217;EFSA (Autorit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments) pour :  <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>le maintien d&#8217;une tension art\u00e9rielle normale (\u00e0 3 g\/jour)<\/li>\n\n<li>le maintien d&#8217;un taux normal de triglyc\u00e9rides (\u00e0 2 g\/jour)<\/li>\n\n<li>le fonctionnement normal du c\u0153ur (\u00e0 250 mg\/jour)<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wat-zegt-de-wetenschap-over-omega-3-en-cholesterol\"><strong>Que dit la science sur les om\u00e9ga-3 et le cholest\u00e9rol ?<\/strong><\/h2><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-verlaagt-triglyceriden\"><strong>\u25b8 R\u00e9duit les triglyc\u00e9rides<\/strong><\/h3><p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/mollersomega3.nl\/producten\/\">suppl\u00e9ments d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3<\/a> \u00e0 fortes doses (&gt;2g\/jour) peuvent r\u00e9duire les taux de triglyc\u00e9rides jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 30 %, surtout chez les personnes ayant des valeurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Ceci est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l&#8217;\u00e9vacuation du cholest\u00e9rol exc\u00e9dentaire et l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration des effets des om\u00e9ga-3 sur les taux de cholest\u00e9rol. Les om\u00e9ga-3 aident \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/mollersomega3.nl\/fr\/bienfaits-pour-la-sante-domega-3\/\">inhiber les inflammations<\/a> syst\u00e9miques, gardant ainsi la paroi vasculaire plus saine et r\u00e9duisant les probl\u00e8mes de cholest\u00e9rol.
