V\u00fccut taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmezler ve besinlerden veya takviyelerden al\u0131nmalar\u0131 gerekir. Omega-3 ve kolesterol\u00fcn ilgin\u00e7 bir ili\u015fkisi vard\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc omega-3 kolesterol seviyelerinin kontrol\u00fcne yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.  <\/p><p>En \u00f6nemli formlar\u0131:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>EPA (eikosapentaenoik asit)<\/strong> \u2013 antienflamatuar, kalp ve damarlar i\u00e7in faydal\u0131<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>DHA (dokosaheksaenoik asit)<\/strong> \u2013 beyin, g\u00f6zler ve h\u00fccre yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>ALA (alfa-linolenik asit)<\/strong> \u2013 bitkisel kaynakl\u0131, EPA\/DHA&#8217;ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekir<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00d6zellikle EPA ve DHA, kandaki ya\u011f dengesini iyile\u015ftirmede klinik olarak kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f faydalara sahiptir. EPA ve DHA \u00e7o\u011funlukla ya\u011fl\u0131 bal\u0131k ve bal\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131nda bulunur. Bu, fazla kolesterol\u00fcn at\u0131lmas\u0131 ve omega-3&#8217;\u00fcn kolesterol de\u011ferleri \u00fczerindeki etkilerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in faydal\u0131d\u0131r. (<em>Mori ve Woodman, 2006<\/em>)<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-werkt-ontstekingsremmend\"><strong>\u25b8 Antienflamatuar etki g\u00f6sterir<\/strong><\/h3><p>Damar sertle\u015fmesi sadece bir ya\u011f sorunu de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir iltihaplanma s\u00fcrecidir.
