Belki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz: mant\u0131kl\u0131 geliyor, ama bu ya\u011f tam olarak neden bu kadar \u00f6nemli? Bir anne olarak karma\u015f\u0131k t\u0131bbi metinler istemezsiniz. Bir \u015feyler yapabilece\u011finiz net cevaplar istersiniz.   <\/p><p>Omega-3 ya\u011flar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle EPA ve DHA, v\u00fccudumuzun kendi ba\u015f\u0131na iyi \u00fcretemedi\u011fi bir t\u00fcr yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Omega-3 (D vitamini ile) takviyesi alan \u00e7ocuklar daha az hastalan\u0131r ve daha h\u0131zl\u0131 iyile\u015fir (Calder, 2010). <\/p><p>Ayr\u0131ca omega-3, v\u00fccuttaki iltihaplanmay\u0131 azaltmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur, b\u00f6ylece \u00e7ocuklar egzama, alerjiler veya kronik so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klardan daha az etkilenir (Miles  Calder, 2017). \u00d6zellikle so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gribin h\u0131zla yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kalabal\u0131k aileler ve s\u0131n\u0131flarda bu ho\u015f bir avantajd\u0131r. <\/p><p>Ayr\u0131ca omega-3 v\u00fccuttaki iltihaplanmay\u0131 azaltmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bu karma\u015f\u0131k geliyor olabilir, ama sadece \u00e7ocu\u011funuzun egzama, alerjiler veya kronik so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klardan daha az etkilenece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-omega-3-vanaf-baby-tot-basisschool\">Bebeklikten ilkokula omega-3<\/h2><p>\u015eimdi belki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz: \u201cTamam, anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131, omega-3 \u00f6nemli. Omega-3 ihtiyac\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten de \u00e7ocu\u011funuzun ya\u015f\u0131yla birlikte de\u011fi\u015fir. Bunu s\u0131v\u0131 bal\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131 ve\/veya bal\u0131k karaci\u011fer ya\u011f\u0131 olarak verebilirsiniz. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131m tatl\u0131 ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na denk gelir. Burada DHA  EPA miktar\u0131na dikkat edin.   <\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye ba\u015flayan \u00e7ocuklar (1-3 ya\u015f)<\/strong> h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve geli\u015fir. Kula\u011fa iyi geliyor, de\u011fil mi?   <\/p><p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k Konseyi, hamile kad\u0131nlara ve emziren kad\u0131nlara g\u00fcnde 250-450 mg omega-3 ya\u011f asidi (EPA ve DHA) almalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyor (Koletzko et al., 2007; Voedingscentrum, t.y.). Yeterli al\u0131m bili\u015fsel geli\u015fimi destekler, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir ve \u00e7ocukta alerji riskini azalt\u0131r (Gould et al., 2013). <\/p><p>Ve evet, hamileli\u011finiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda da bal\u0131k karaci\u011fer ya\u011f\u0131 alabilirsiniz!
